ESSRBOND ACR 250 is a water-based, non-slumping, user-friendly, high-temperature industrial oven sealant and adhesive that is applied to low-movement joints and internal perimeter pointings of fire-rated door and window frames and oven makers in industrial ovens. It is tested to resist a temperature up to 2500C. The application of ESSRBOND ACR 250 restricts the passage of fire and smoke from room to room and to escape routes.

ESSRBOND ACR 250 is not recommended for use in damp conditions as it becomes water resistant only after being completely cured.
