ESSRBOND AF 40 is a neutral-grade, low-VOC MS polymer-based anti-fungal sealant for flexible, waterproof sealing in hot and humid conditions. It cures to form a flexible, waterproof seal. It is an ideal sealant for sanitary applications, such as in washrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens. It contains a fungicide that protects against mildew, mold, and other fungi.

AF 40 stays permanently elastic after moisture curing and offers excellent adhesion to most building materials. It is weatherproof and UV-resistant. It is 100% silicone free & has almost no odour. It is non-staining even on sensitive substrates such as marble and granite.
